Geodemy, The institute for civil service exams was founded by Mr. Kannan Subramanian.

A Writer and a Geography trainer. Also specialized in Environment and Reasoning over his 14 years of experience. He has produced lots of successful students who aspired for civil services through UPSC and State Public Service Commission. After his final attempt in UPSC, he associated himself with other institutes in Chennai and consequently became an inevitable resource for Geography and Environment. His spouse Ms. Santhameena cleared UPSC in CSE 2019 and posted as Assistant Commissioner, GST (IRS) in Madurai City, Tamil Nadu. In 2024 he founded this institute with 14 years of experience. He has cleared national eligibility test for Geography with 98 percentiles. A calm and composed personality who generates great energy in his Training Room with his in-depth mastery over the subject. He has got two master’s degree – one in Geography, one in Mathematics. A strong logical thinker, with excellent creativity, he satiates his creative appetite through Writing and logical appetite through Training UPSC Aspirants. He provides the much-needed psychological support to the aspirants through counselling.

He is presenting discussion in All India Radio (AIR) regarding Geography & Environment frequently.

His first book, ‘Kizhavi’, a collection of short stories, was published in Jan 2022. It has been received well by critics. His second book, Adam’s Bridge (Ramar Palam) Politics & Science, Articles on Geographical concepts, was published in May 2023.
